At Exxir GmbH, product quality and safety are at the heart of every process. As a Europe-wide B2B specialist in the pistachio trade, we operate a proven, effective quality management system certified to the IFS Broker Standard (Higher Level).

We work exclusively with international suppliers that have implemented an effective HACCP system and hold recognised certifications to GFSI-benchmarked standards such as IFS, BRC, FSSC or ISO.

Additional key selection criteria include compliance with ethical principles, fair working conditions and environmentally responsible production. Sustainable packaging materials and legal food-contact compliance are also checked on a regular basis.

As an IFS-certified company, we ensure complete traceability of our pistachio products throughout the entire supply chain—from origin to delivery to our customers. Transparency, strict adherence to specifications and consistent fulfilment of customer requirements are our focus.

Our suppliers are regularly verified through on-site audits to maximise safety and maintain direct insight into production processes. In addition, comprehensive laboratory analyses are carried out both in the country of origin and after import—by accredited, independent laboratories working to current EU food standards.
